AutoScope
A concept brand and a 3D website that shows buyers what an inspection checks, one system at a time.
Show the inspection, not just describe it.
Most inspection websites list what gets checked in a block of text. Buyers skim it, then choose on price.
We wanted to test a different idea: let people see the inspection happen. Each step of the scroll moves the car, takes it apart and lights up the systems each package covers, so the value of a full inspection is clear before anyone reads a price.
We created the brand first: the AutoScope name, a viewfinder mark with a scan line, acid lime on ink, and an orange kept only for the faults an inspector finds.
Then we designed and built the site in Next.js with a real-time 3D car, telling the inspection in five acts as you scroll.
- A 3D car that breaks apart into a point cloud to show the engine, driveline, brakes and chassis
- A package explorer: pick a tier and the car lights up the systems it covers
- A slider comparing the seller's photo with the inspector's, number plate blurred
- A findings strip and an EV battery readout, styled like a real report
- Inspection photos and 3D scenes prepared by our team
- Reduced-motion support and a performance budget, so it runs smoothly on an ordinary laptop
- All the copy, written by our team
3D website design: a car you scroll through, built to stay smooth.
