This telehealth platform lets Australians get medical certificates, prescriptions, referrals and consultations online, paying per consult with no subscription. Our telehealth platform development covered the brand and the whole build: the public site, the consultation form and the dashboard the medical team works from.
The brief
See a doctor without the waiting room.
The client wanted a telehealth service in the style of the big Australian players, but simpler: no app, no account and no subscription. A patient picks what they need, answers a few questions and pays per consult.
Behind that, doctors and staff needed one place to see every request, review it, record the outcome and track payment.
We designed a calm, trustworthy brand in teal, with clear type that reads easily on a phone.
Then we built the platform in Next.js with a PostgreSQL database hosted in Sydney, so patient data stays in Australia.
